My Papaw is the greatest man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He is everything anyone could need and want in a man! He set the standards high for me at a very young age in what I should expect from a male counterpart as a partner, father, grandfather, friend, uncle, cousin, brother, and, well, pretty much any masculine figure in any role in anyone’s lives! He’s kind, gentle, firm, consistent, honest, helpful, loving, caring, protective, patient, and SO MUCH more! There’s just not enough vocabulary to describe what an amazing and all around wonderful man he was, is, and will always be! Our family will never be the same when he joins the army of the greatest in heaven… and it’s a loss that will compare to no other! And we will NEVER be ready.
