Few and far between…

are things done for play or fun. My whole life revolves around making my children’s childhoods the best they can be, that don’t leave much room for me to, well, me. But I do make a point to make time to do it at some point because you can’t pour from an empty cup. I enjoy dance and creative writing so posting on here and making content (particularly dance content) on social media platforms are my idea of play or fun that is just all mine, for me exclusively. Which I’m not sure if this prompt even meant like in a self care way… it could’ve meant in general. I play with my kids all the time. So if it meant just like generalized… then a lot with them. And while I enjoy the time with them… it’s not exactly my thing I’m doing. It’s theirs lol.
